How do I access the property when I arrive?

DURING HIGH SEASON (JULY/AUGUST) for all arrivals on a SATURDAY we have a central point for the key collection

How close is this property from attractions in the area?

The nearby town of Figueres is 20km drive, it is a beautiful Catalan market town and is home to the Salvador Dali museum. Many hours can be spent taking coffee or tapas in the Rambla just watching the world go by. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. For wine lovers there are many cooperatives and vineyards in the area selling very high quality local wines and cavas. For food lovers there are many restaurants including 1, 2 and 3 Michelin star restaurants within a 60km radius. Currently the best restaurant in the World, Can Roca is close by in Girona. Roses itself is a great coastal town with many fine sandy beaches and the very nearby beaches of Canyelles Petites and Almadrava are well worth a visit for beach lovers. Cadaques and Port Lligat, the home of Salvador Dali is only a half hour drive.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the managers sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.

What internet access is available to guests and is there is a cost for this?

All properties have free WIFI

What amenities or services available [for an additional fee] during the my stay? i.e. highchairs, pack n play cribs, etc.

High Chair and Baby Cot are available at an extra charge

What should I do in the event something is damaged in the property?

Please contact as soon as you detect any damage or malfunction

What are your house rules?

The person making the reservation is responsible for the good behavior of the party. Children must be supervised at all times whilst in or around the swimming pool (if applicable) Noise – You are requested to respect the privacy of the neighbours and do not disturb the area with excessive noise. Music must be of a low level after 23:00. This a no-smoking property, please only smoke on the terraces or outside and use the ashtrays provided. Pets are only allowed by prior agreement as some of our houses do not allow pets. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. All rubbish must be disposed of in the main bins or recycling bins near to the property, details in the information folder in the house. Before check out, all bins and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed / dishwasher emptied before departure. Also BBQ left clean. Where we provide beach towels in the villas, please also make sure that these are washed and dried for the next guests!
