This is a lovely spacious Spanish style villa situated in the exclusive urbanization of Can Isaac and walking distance to the local village of Palau Saverdera. There is a superb restaurant – “Nou Fusion” which has a beautiful traditional style stone interior and a huge outside terrace for outdoor dining with far reaching views – just 3-minute walking distance from the villa!
Palau Saverdera is a characterful traditional Catalan village with its own wine cooperative, a couple of small supermarkets, butchers, bakers, newsagents and a good selection of restaurants all within a short walk from the villa.
The villa has a large gated driveway with parking for at least 4 cars and is all ground level and easy accessible.
The pool is 4m x 8m, is surrounded by a wooden deck and has great sea views over the Bay of Roses in the distance and the Pyrenees mountain ranges to the right. You can relax on the sunbeds provided or enjoy some al fresco dining using the gas BBQ!
The house is on one level with entrance hall leading into large spacious open planned dining room / lounge and kitchen area. The kitchen and lounge areas have doors leading directly onto the pool and terrace area.
The TV is Spanish and Astra which gives some French, German and a couple of English channels too, you can relax on the sofa enjoying the views or maybe even play some board games that are provided!
The kitchen area is beautifully renovated, modern and fully equipped with new dishwasher, gas flame hob, oven with integrated steamer, coffee machine (Nespresso) and a large fridge freezer! This space is a true delight for preparing a nice meal whilst enjoying the lovely views. Outside on the terrace from the kitchen area there is also a small table to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast or a nice sundowner!

The Master bedroom has a double bed and offers direct access onto the terrace and pool area. It also has a huge En-Suite bathroom with a walk in modern shower!

These 3 bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom with a freestanding modern bathtub and separate shower too.
The house has a central A / C throughout with Control panels, allowing you to regulate the 3 different sections of the house.
PLEASE NOTE: During July and August, there is a studio at the rear of the villa which will be occupied by the owner. They will only be using the studio to sleep and are out most of the day and evening working. They will not use the private drive for parking!
For a more comprehensive selection of shops, larger supermarkets, produce markets and a huge choice of bars, restaurants, and clubs are just 10 minutes drive away in Roses.
The nearest beach is less than 10 minutes drive away at Santa Margarita but there are many other large sandy beaches and smaller coves for you to discover.
There is an information folder in the villa which will have lots of details of places to go and things to do to make your holiday one to remember.
The nearby town of Figueres is a 20km drive, it is a beautiful Catalan market town and is home to the Salvador Dali museum. Many hours can be spent taking coffee or tapas in the Rambla just watching the world go by. There are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants.
Peralada is also 20km drive and is home to Peralada Casino, Spa Resort and championship Golf Course.
For wine lovers, there are many cooperatives and vineyards in the area selling very high-quality local wines and cavas.
For food lovers, there are many restaurants including 1, 2 and 3 Michelin star restaurants within a 60km radius. One of the best restaurants in the World, Can Roca is close by in Girona.
Roses itself is a great coastal town with many fine sandy beaches and the very nearby beaches of Canyelles Petites and Almadrava are well worth a visit for beach lovers.
Cadaques and Port Lligat, the home of Salvador Dali is only 30-40 minutes drive.
