PAYMENT, DAMAGE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES AND SCHEDULES:
To secure the booking, a payment of 20% of the rent portion of the quote is due within 2 days of your confirmation of intention
Payment in full must be fully settled 56 days prior to arrival. If that date is already passed, then payment must be fully settled
within 2 days of your confirmation of intention to book.
Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the manager’s sole discretion, subject to being able to
rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
There is a tourist tax of 0.90 c per adult/night (over 17 years) up to a maximum of 7 days. e.g.Maximum 6.30 € per adult.
The refundable security deposit of 500.00 is taken by credit card on arrival and returned the day after departure.
PLEASE NOTE if you do not have credit card please inform us now to include it on your final payment via bank transfer (
returned in the same way within 7 days of departure)

Outside of July and August, you will be met at the villa with the keys.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS:
The person making the reservation is responsible for the good behavior of the party.
Children must be supervised at all times whilst in or around the swimming pool (if applicable)
Noise – You are requested to respect the privacy of the neighbours and do not disturb the area with excessive noise.
Music must be of a low level after 23:00.
This a no-smoking property, please only smoke on the terraces or outside and use the ashtrays provided.
Pets are only allowed by prior agreement as some of our houses do not allow pets.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All rubbish must be disposed of in the main bins or recycling bins near to the property, details in the information folder
in the house.
Before check out, all bins and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed / dishwasher emptied before
departure. Also BBQ left clean.
Where we provide beach towels in the villas, please also make sure that these are washed and dried for the next
INDEMNITY & LIABILITY
The Guest is responsible for their own travel/health insurance and as mentioned before, to cover last minute cancellations by
the guest. Neither the Owner or Manager shall be held responsible in any way for accidental injury, death or damage/loss to
personal effects of the Guest. If, due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control, such as flood, fire or other damage, the
Owner is unable to honor this agreement. Any payments shall be fully refunded provided said damage was not the fault of the
Guest. The Guest is responsible for all damages excluding wear and tear, and including those which exceed the deposit
